Download it after you purchase a SureSave policy, then create an account for the App so your policy details are secure you’ll be provided with information tailored to you, your destinations and the stage of your journey.

The SureSave App provides phrase books, and the most important and relevant advice on crime, scams, visas and vaccinations, and gives you insights into the culture and laws of where you’re going. Also, your travel insurance policy details, shortcuts to dial SureSave’s Emergency Assistance team and guides on how to make a travel insurance claim.

It’s designed to travel with you, so you can travel safely.

How to use this App

Before you go, download the app and create an account using your travel insurance policy number and email address.

Then login to the App so it can synch your policy details and personalised content.

The SureSave App does not need a connection, so you avoid roaming charges.

Scroll to read the articles, and swipe to move to the next one (or back). You can travel in either direction, go back to re-read practical advice, or move forward to learn more about where you’re going.

A telephone connection will be required before you can call our emergency assistance number and roaming charges may apply.
